Hi there! I go by Max or Blue, and use theyhe/xe/cy/bit pronouns. I'm a trans, aspec, + autistic artist who is focused primarily on OC's and fanwork.

{ 1. } I reserve the right to deny any commission request, should the requested themes/imagery go against my personal boundaries or values (see #2), or if I do not have the time, resources, or health to complete it. In the event that a request is denied, the requester will be notified via email.{ 2. } I will NOT draw: NSFW/lewd/fetish artwork, "proshipper" content (adults x minors, incest, etc), or bigoted imagery/themes. I will NOT draw NFTs, nor will my work be used as NFTs without my permission.{ 3.} The commissioner obtains personal-use ownership over the image upon completion of the project and final payment. They may use the commissioned work as a profile picture, post it on social media (crediting is preferred), use it as a reference for their character(s), gift it to friends/family, etc. If the commissioner is planning to sell or otherwise monetize the artwork, they must have prior permission and a secondary contract must be created for the project.I, as the creator, reserve the right to use the commissioned work as examples on my website, portfolio, or social media accounts (with credit, if requested).{ 4 } I accept Paypal and Venmo. For anything under $20, I ask for full payment up front. For anything $20 or more, the payment may be split in two-- half up front, and half at completion of the project. ⋅⊰∙∘☽༓☾∘∙⊱⋅The time necessary to complete each commission will vary based on complexity and volume of work I have queued, but I will do my best to finish within one to two weeks upon accepting the request, and typically much sooner. If more time is needed, I will contact the commissioner, and keep them updated throughout the process via email.
